300 word response 2 references/intext citations Due 2/5/2024

In this module, you have read about how to develop shared visions, the differences between vision and mission statements, and the importance of involving more than just one individual in crafting a shared vision statement. For this discussion, you will need to
read and review the article that was written by the Southwest Education Development Laboratory (1993)

Vision, Leadership, and Change – Issues …about Change, Vision, Leadership, and Change, Volume 2, Number 3.pdf

Although it was written more than 25 years ago, the insights it provides on leadership, vision, and change have withstood the test of time.

Purpose

The purpose of this discussion is to analyze and apply the required tenets of a shared vision statement as demonstrated in the publication (Southwest Education Development Laboratory, 1993) to inspire followers.
