Your Course Project structure will include the following.
- Cover page (Include the course name and number, who you prepared the paper for, your name, and the date.)
- Course Project topic, outline, and project rationale (see below)
- Goals you want to achieve in this research (see below)
- Reference page (references you may have so far)

- How and why did you choose the sub-industry? Perhaps you can start by introducing the why, meaning, the overall reason here with a story, and what interested and motivated you to find out more and talk more about this, in addition to how you came about making a decision as to writing about this.
- What research did you conduct to arrive at this decision?
- What were some key interesting factors, experiences, Internet sites, examples, and so forth that helped you with deciding to write about this topic?
Goals
- What do you hope to achieve with this research? How will this be beneficial for your career and continuous learning experience in hospitality?
- Include the references used so far (very important, do not forget to add and do APA style).
