Elevator Speech

APRN’s are not allowed to practice to their full scope of licensure and education in all states.

There are many arguments on both sides of this debate. You can choose your stance on this topic, for or against it. Your elevator speech should follow whichever stance you choose.

Draft an elevator speech using no more than 500 words that could be presented to a legislator or executive that outlines the issue and stance you are trying to support. This needs to be related to your professional identity as an APRN and your accountability to society and the profession.

Include references to support your concepts.
