Description: The health care system in the United States has been the subject
of much debate as experts try to determine the best way to deliver high-quality
care. Healthcare system errors are flaws or mistakes in the healthcare delivery
system that can lead to patient harm or suboptimal outcomes.
Interventions: Quality improvement initiatives, error reporting systems, staff
training, system-wide transformation, process redesign, electronic health
records.

Discuss potential solutions for the health care problem or issue.

· Describe what would be required to implement a solution.

· Describe potential consequences of ignoring the problem or issue.

· Provide the pros and cons for one of the solutions you are proposing.

Explain the ethical principles (Beneficence, Nonmaleficence, Autonomy, and Justice) if potential solution was implemented.

· Describe what would be necessary to implement the proposed solution.
